One bag that works at 8am and at 6pm ā here's what that actually requires
The gym-to-work bag is a harder engineering problem than people give it credit for, and I find it genuinely interesting because the two use cases pull in opposite directions.
Morning you needs a bag that looks correct walking into an office, with a laptop protected and organised. Evening you needs a bag that can absorb trainers, damp kit and a water bottle without any of that reaching your work things. Most bags solve one and fail the other. The gym duffel looks wrong at a desk. The work backpack becomes a biohazard by Thursday.
