The reason your gym bag smells is a design problem, not a hygiene problem

Let me be precise about this, because people blame themselves and it's not their fault. Damp fabric in a sealed, unventilated space is a bacterial growth environment — that's the entire mechanism. Your trainers and your wet kit go into one enclosed compartment with no airflow, they stay warm and damp for eight hours, and by evening the bag is a science experiment. Washing your kit more often doesn't fix it. The bag keeps re-inoculating everything you put in it.

So the fix has to be structural, and the MIYCOO's is exactly that: a separate shoe compartment plus a wet-and-dry pocket. Trainers get isolated so they're not touching anything clean. Damp kit gets its own sealed zone rather than sitting against your work shirt. And the easy-clean interior areas mean that when something does leak, you wipe it out instead of writing the bag off. Three separate design decisions, all addressing the same failure mode.

The rest is well-judged for a day that includes both a gym and an office. Roomy gym capacity with multiple organizer pockets so small items aren't loose at the bottom. A water-resistant fabric shell for the walk between. Comfortable shoulder straps and a travel-friendly shape — and it converts between backpack and duffel carry, which is the small thing that lets one bag look right on a train and right in a locker room.

Genuinely, this is one of those products where the value case is easy: it costs a fraction of a decent pair of trainers and it's the difference between a bag that lasts two years and one that becomes unusable in six months. If your current gym bag has a smell you've stopped mentioning — you know what to do. Go replace it today.
